Online training for busy teams

Training people can finish, understand, and use at work.

I help learning, compliance, and operations teams turn rough ideas, outdated courses, and complex source material into clear online training.

You work directly with me from the first conversation to the final LMS files, without coordinating separate writers and developers. I can handle the plan, writing, Storyline or Rise build, accessibility checks, testing, and handoff.

What I can help with

Tell me what is not working. I can take it from there.

You might have a blank page, a course people avoid, a deadline your team cannot absorb, or an LMS full of old content. I can take on one part or own the work through final handoff.

Plan the course

I sort through the source material, identify what people need to do, and create a plan your subject experts can review before development begins.

  • Course plans
  • Storyboards
  • Scenarios

Build it in Storyline or Rise

I build responsive courses, practice activities, and product simulations that respect learners' time and are ready to test in your LMS.

  • Storyline
  • Rise
  • SCORM packages

Fix accessibility barriers

I build accessibility in from the start or repair an existing course, so barriers are addressed before they become a last-minute launch problem.

  • AODA
  • Captions
  • Course repairs

Make it shorter and easier to use

I turn long training into focused lessons, useful practice, and job aids people can return to without repeating the whole course.

  • Microlearning
  • Job aids
  • Knowledge checks

Explain it with video

When a process is easier to show than explain, I create short videos and animations that make the next step clear.

  • Vyond
  • Explainer videos
  • Visual stories

Clean up your learning library

I review old LMS content, test links and tracking, and give your team a practical plan for what to fix, replace, or retire.

  • LMS audits
  • Course updates
  • Quality checks

Client problems

A few problems I have helped solve.

The client names and original materials are private. These examples show what the team needed, what I changed, and what happened next.

HealthcareComplianceStoryline

A required course that took less time away from care

Busy nurses and long-term care staff needed to understand a new law. The old course was long, dated, and difficult to finish during a shift.

The problem
Keep the legal requirements clear while cutting the time staff spent away from residents.
What I made
A shorter course with focused sections, practical choices, accessible interactions, and a clear path from start to finish.
The result
Learners finished about 35% faster and were less likely to leave the course and return later.

DEIWorkplace learningRise

DEI training people could follow and use

The audience included people in different roles and with different backgrounds. The course needed to make sensitive ideas clear without reading like another policy document.

The problem
Explain the ideas in plain language and give people a reason to think about their own choices at work.
What I made
A mobile-friendly Rise course with realistic examples, short sections, accessible content, and simple points for reflection.
The result
Learners said the course was clear, approachable, and easy to follow.

Workplace safetyMicrolearningVyond

Safe lifting guidance that went beyond a wall poster

Warehouse staff had seen the lifting poster, but they were not consistently using the recommended steps on the floor.

The problem
Make familiar safety advice worth paying attention to and easier to remember during a busy shift.
What I made
A short, cartoon-led course with a storyboard, video, practice activities, and a complete course build.
The result
People found the new format more engaging and easier to understand than the poster.

Working together

You always know what is happening next.

We agree on the scope, review the right things at the right time, and keep the project moving without filling your calendar with meetings.

  1. 01

    Talk it through

You show me what you have, who needs the training, and what is getting in the way.

  2. 02

    Agree on the plan

I recommend the format, scope, timeline, and review points before the build begins.

  3. 03

    Review the build

You see a storyboard or early version first, so feedback is useful and changes stay manageable.

  4. 04

    Launch and hand off

I test the course, package the files, and leave your team with what it needs to run and update the work.

Who you will work with

You work with me, not a handoff chain.

I am Simran. I ask practical questions, keep the work organised, and explain my choices without hiding behind jargon.

I have spent more than five years building learning across healthcare, finance, software, consumer goods, and pharma. That range helps me get comfortable with unfamiliar content quickly and ask subject experts the right questions.

I care about access, clear writing, and respecting people's time. Outside work, you will usually find me on a long walk, out in nature, or dancing to Bollywood music.
